Lygon Place is a seven-storey, 98-unit apartment and 4-retail unit building located in the heart of East Brunswick. Meticulously designed by internationally renowned architectural practice Peddle Thorp, the building offered a mix of one, two and three-bedroom apartments in the bustle of Lygon Street. The building comprised a three-level secure underground basement car parking, storage and bicycle bays while the upper levels accommodate an exclusive, resident’s only, garden retreat with alfresco entertaining zones overlooking the vibrant Lygon Street and surrounds. The project was fully sold out prior to construction completion and successfully delivered in 2019 by Valeo Construction.
