Lygon Place is a seven-storey, 98-unit apartment and 4-retail unit building located in the heart of East Brunswick. Meticulously designed by internationally renowned architectural practice Peddle Thorp, the building offered a mix of one, two and three-bedroom apartments in the bustle of Lygon Street. The building comprised a three-level secure underground basement car parking, storage and bicycle bays while the upper levels accommodate an exclusive, resident’s only, garden retreat with alfresco entertaining zones overlooking the vibrant Lygon Street and surrounds. 211 Dorcas Street is a five-storey, 28-unit apartment building located in the heart of central South Melbourne. Designed by Artisan Architects, the building offered a mix of one and two-bedroom apartments located just 100 metres from Clarendon Street. The combination of beautifully designed and perfectly located residences meant that 20 apartments were sold on the very first day. The project was fully sold within one month of its launch, and successfully delivered in 2012 by Valeo Construction.
The Bradmill Precinct was acquired by DeGroup in 2002 and presented an exciting opportunity to revitalise an important strategic redevelopment site in Maribyrnong within proximity to Melbourne’s CBD. DeGroup coordinated a visionary rezoning and masterplan to offer a vibrant and sustainable residential community, including a Neighbourhood Activity Centre that will integrate with the existing urban environment.
